    As part of their role, our telephone operators are responsible for receiving and making telephone calls to ensure that client and customer needs are met whilst complying with organisational practices.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Ensuring the inbound operational calls are answered in a professional, appropriate and timely manner
    • Taking calls from care staff and vulnerable people or their representatives, some of which may be urgent or of a medical nature
    • Logging all calls and notifying the regional offices of any events or action relating to their staff or clients where
    • Identifying priority issues and escalating as per the Out of Hours policies and procedures
